Our Quick Closing Process:

Submit Basic Info
Complete the form with the requested details. This allows us to quickly research the property, review comparable sales, and craft an offer that's fair to both parties.

We'll Make the Offer
We'll be in touch shortly to communicate and discuss the offer. If we agree, our office will draft and send you a purchase agreement.
3
We Close. You Get Paid
Once the purchase agreement is signed by both sides we'll start the closing process with the escrow company. We prefer quick closes. At close the full purchase price will be wired to your account via escrow.
